At the insistence of my dear wife, the CEO of Chez Chisholm the bath taps that I had installed post bathroom renovation were to be replaced. The value for money ones were not up to the QA/QC standards demanded of me by She Who Must Be Obeyed, thus making them actually bloody expensive taps as they were to be replaced... So, rather than repeat my mistake I bought these. They were acceptable to The Boss in terms of looks and my research suggested that Hansgrohe were a proper manufacturer of higher end bathroom accoutrements. When I noted the price I thought I was getting a bargain.. Just wish I'd read the blurb properly.... So, I ordered these and they rocked up quickly with everything I needed to not complete the job...because what you get is just the tap not the other bit which is the flexible hose and the shower head. More about that as well. Anyway, I fitted these taps and they are superb. They work beautifully and look great. They are indeed very high quality and more than that they meet the expectations of my dear wife and that is without a doubt the most rigorous of requirements achieved. So, all in all a fantastic set of very stylish to my eyes mixer bath taps. However, you don't get everything you need. In order to have the full range of options - in other words the availability of a flexible shower head - you need to purchase these separately. So I did. I bought the shower head which, duly arrived. Minus the flexible hose which I discovered is also a separate purchase. Followed by the separate purchase of the flexible shower head holder.... So, highly recommended but make sure you order everything you need and that cost will quickly ramp up to meet the quality of the name.

the item is easy to install, it works as it ought to be and more importantly, it is still made in Germany which is difficult to secure one nowadays.

It’s more expensive than other makes but I think it’s worth paying for the quality. This is a quality item and it looks it. Great design and finish too.

Replaced old shower mixer tap with this one. Easy to fix (providing the water is turned off before hand) No need for any pipes to be altered, fitted direct onto the original connectors. Easy to adjust the temperature. So value for money.

Easy to install, good quality and maintains good water pressure. Worth it.

Far easier to use than previous thermostatic mixer. Well made, simple install. Very happy with product.

Acheté pour remplacer un robinet difficile à reposer après une rénovation de salle de bain. Le prix était attractif (réduit d'environ 40%) seul l'emballage étant annoncé comme très abîmé. Reçu en parfait état pour le robinet et en plus garanti. Parfait même si retourné car j'ai trouvé une solution à mon problème de pose du précédent robinet.

J'ai trouvé ce que je voulais au prix que je voulais.
