I’ve been complaining about waking with a headache and a sore neck for over a year. My granddaughter recommended the Marriott pillow to me and said she couldn’t sleep comfortably without hers. So, I finally ordered two and now my husband and I are sleeping soundly with no head and neck pain. He was happy with his down pillow but said the Marriott pillow was much more comfortable. It conforms to your head and neck without collapsing flat and supports your head and neck. It keeps you cool too. No more hot pillows! We love them.

The pillows I received were nothing like what the pillows at Marriott hotels. The pillows were lumpy. I could actually feel lumps of the filling as I ran my hand across the top of the pillow. Another telltale sign of poor quality was the uneven stitching on the end of the pillow.

The covering over the pillow makes a crackling noises when you move your head. I ordered them from Amazon with all the same material and everything on the tag. They were so comfortable in the Marriott hotel is why I bought the same pillows. I was most disappointed.

My friend n I spent the night in a Marriott in Oct, I have had 2 cervical spine surgeries and my neck is so sensitive, I have tried way too many pillows, I change them every 2 nights, we stayed at a Marriott hotel and I woke up with no neck pain, I immediately looked for the tag and I looked up this pillow and bought 2 immediately and I have not regretted it, so thankful I get support and its soft enough to be comfortable and it has not lost its shape, worth the money

Very comfortable pillow, not really sure about loft retention however. It needs to be fluffed every few days to keep its comfort.

As with many other reviews, I stayed at a Marriott in Montreal and experienced this pillow for the first time. Wow. The volume of the pillow is supportive but forgiving enough for shoulders and weight of your head. I am a bit if a pillow snob and go through pillows quite often. My pillows arrived today. With the very first squeeze and my head relaxing on the pillow, I know this is going to be a great sleeping relationship. 😴

I bought these pillows based on a website recommendation that they are the best for side sleepers. They were about 3x what I'd typically pay for a pillow. Turns out, they aren't actually great for a side sleeper! They do stay firm longer than many pillows, but during the night, the filling shifts upward, leaving a gap at the neck (where support is essential for a side sleeper). There are many better pillows out there for far less money. Will not buy again.

This pillow is so comfy. I took a pic of a hotel pillow because it was so comfortable. I ordered it it and was not disappointed.
