Lindström-Alicates Corte Diagonal 8151

I have used these cutters every day for almost a year now and they still work incredibly well! I have dropped them countless times with no damage to the blades. The alignment hasn't budged at all, still perfectly flush. The manufacturer suggests not cutting any wire thicker than 14 AWG, but I admit that I have used them for 10 AWG when I'm to lazy or in to much of a hurry to go get a heavy duty wire cutter, still no problems. One of the metal spring plates did break, but the other one is still working; with good technique, this feature is not needed anyway.I have bought a second pair for home use and have given another pair to a good friend. Anyone that cuts wire all day would appreciate these cutters!

Smooth cuts and great ergonomics

I have a good pair of German tonail cutters, but they don't even come close to what this thing does. Great flush cutter!

This is the OEM for snap on esd safe flush cutters. Amazing and worth it. The "large' size is the one to buy. The head isn't too large, in fact it's the perfect size. Don't buy the El cheapo stamped metal ones. Just buy the good set.

I own another one of these that must be 20 years old. I didn't notice that it's a little dull until I got this new one. It's always worth spending a little extra for a top quality tool.

Lindstrom cutters are by far the closest flush cutters. I have had issues with them not being up to cutting wire that isn't that thick. The tip on my small pair broke off after very little use. I still use them for cutting wire that doesn't require a clean edge.I think lindstrom is a good quality, but I guess I expected more for the price. I am by no means put off from a future purchase, just a little reluctant.
