unlike the other reviews, mine arrived in perfect condition aswell as being on time. I really enjoy this series and am so excited for the anime to be released!

The supernatural and horror aspects are 10/10.Also the plot is different & intriguing to anything else I've read.It says it's Yaoi, but it's more about just who or what is in Hikaru's body & what is happening in the town and how it's tied to HikaruReading this leaves many questions and loving the characters, Hikaru too, but also scared of what he could do, as he can be cute and then suddenly go very creepy

The book arrived with a massive dent in the cover that included ant least 20 pages and the spine scuffed. Other than that the delivery and timing was excellent. My other two books were in good condition. 👍🏽

Very slow plot that has none of the mystery and intrigue some would expect from a horror manga or even the romance BL tends to showcase. Not that slow burns are bad, but the pacing here doesn't live up to the premise.It's clear that something sinister's going on and that the main characters have some sort of romantic tension, but none of it is properly explored in the six chapters comprising this tankoban (especially the romance). I'd say there are about three key moments over one or two pages each in all of the 200+ pages with some minor character development going on everywhere else.Beautiful art, though. You can feel the heat of Japanese summer emanating through the panels.Here's hoping volume 2 turns out to be more interesting. I find the premise to be rather intriguing, I just don't think this first volume does it justice.

The cover is dented and scratched in multiple places and peeling at the edges. There is also residue from the packaging firmly stuck on the pages, sealing them togehter (I tried to peel it off but it just started to tear). If it were for myself I don't think I would mind it but as a gift it falls below par considering its brand new. To be honest it looks secondhand, like it's been read before.Disappointing because I really do like this Manga :(
