F.B.I. Agent Erin Windom retires and looks forward to a nice vacation to purge the pain and sorrow of her many exploits. Her sister Winter also with the F.B.I. is given a bazaar case involving a devastating virus that renders its victims transparent. Erin travels to the Himalayas with her mentor Master Iko to visit the Masters historic and great temple. A horrid plot to take over the United States government is in play by Chang Lu and his brilliant scientists. Hissy Ling is sent to America to set up what turns out to be an incredible plan of destruction.
