You don't hear many people raving about ramen but to me, they are a convenient comfort food.They were my go-to lunch when I worked as a prison nurse. I bought them from the canteen frequently. And it was love. I don't know about the sodium content or if they are healthy (they're good, so my guess is no, lol). What a delicious soup, though. They arrived well within expiration date. Highly recommend for an easy comfort food.

The BEST cup soup noodles on the planet. Amazing consistency and taste, and the noodles are thick and as long as a football field for crying out loud. Well, not really. But seriously m, this is really good stuff and I'm so happy Amazon is carrying this particular flavor, and fir now at least, at a really good price. Wonderful!

These are the best ramen cups, I swear by it!!!! I love the subtle, but yet still spicy flavor. I don’t think it has very many health benefits, but when you need food to be rationed like during a hurricane, this will surely keep you full & content!

We buy them for a disabled family member, it's easy for them to be able to cook a little something on their own if they're feeling up to it, and be a bit independent.
