I’m using this for Uber Eats deliveries. I keep it on the back seat of my car. It’s spacious (sometimes too much) but does a great job of keeping food warm. When I pull up to a delivery point and the customer sees me walk back and open this up to get their food out, it definitely gives the customer a perception that I care about the quality of their food delivery. I feel like on a few occasions it has contributed to a higher tip. Living in the northeast, having something to keep the food warm is essential, and this bag does the trick. The bag stays upright and doesn’t collapse, so it’s sturdy enough for my needs. I don’t carry it, so I can’t speak on durability and portability. I’ve had no issues with the zippers and I like that there are two of them. Overall, very satisfied.

I have been doing deliveries for about 5 or 6 years with various companies but mainly DoorDash. This is by far the best bag I have ever had and I've had many. It is durable, the zippers are not flimsy, the inside is very insulated, and it's made of like a kind of a washable vinyl. I already had an order spill in it and I simply wiped it up no stains no nothing. I was compelled to write this review because I had three orders to pick up, and I picked up the first two and then the third one and I had to drive I think it was 14 miles to drop off the first order. When I opened the bag to take out the first order to drop off at the door steam came out of the bag and you could feel the heat from all the orders. I've never had a hot bag that ever did that that means it kept it inside the hot bag nothing escaped the entire drive. I cannot say enough good things about this bag and I am so happy I found it and I guarantee you will be just as happy as i. With all the junk that people make out there this is such a refreshing buy. Do yourself a favor and wait no longer, as I am in the process of buying a second and third one I am so impressed and I'm scared when everybody finds out about how great of a bag this is I don't know if they would be able to keep up with demand.

i use for groceries shopping delivery for my job i tried lot cooler bag but most brands are very thin and easy broken but this one very strong and great enough size i ordered twice very nice bag!

This bag is a couple inches taller than my last one which didn't sound like much when I placed my order but wow it makes a big difference! Some restaurants I deliver for have tall bags and I don't have to fold over the tops for it to fit! It comes with an inner insulated base that folds in half. I can lift one side to keep stacked orders separate, or to support drink trays on one side and their hot food on the other side or use the whole base folded in half to keep ice cream orders separate from warm orders as well as making it easy to create an adjustable divider for compartment size! The only thing that was frustrating while the bag was new was the loose inner lining getting caught in the zipper and the corner being difficult to zip around. Once the liner relaxed it got a lot easier! Overall, this bag is a great value and after months of trying to decide which bag to order, I'm glad I settled on this one!

This thing has been a game changer for a food delivery gal! It absolutely keeps food at temperature, hot or cold! I have used it personally for frozen items when I wasn't going straight home and even after 4 hours the item was still frozen!

Got this bag to deliver coffee (lattes - hot and iced) to local school and businesses. The ones designed for that purpose only were very firstly and this one along with the item :Preferred Nation Reusable Cup Carrier/ Cup Caddy...Preferred Nation - DROPSHIPI ordered at the same time makes this bag better then the specialty bag I couldnt afford. Also, I made a second insert out of 5 inch foam that I used to hold and transport the most coffee the safest using a 3 in hole saw to cut out holes in the foam. I would then insert the coffee cups into the holes to hold them secure while I traveled with them in a car and while walking great distances carrying the drink bag! Great price. I highly recommend it and the two variations to convert this generic insulated food delivery bag into a specialty coffee carrier. I have also used this bag to carry my food to catering events. The bag holds 8 pans (sized 1/4) with two rows -four pans tall (with aluminum lids made for the 1/4 size aluminum pans). Great value! Will be purchasing another one soon.
