These brushes are fantastic . Wow! They are very soft and work great. I am very impressed with the quality. The foundation brush applies my liquid foundation flawlessly every brush - so soft and flexible and no shedding, 18 brushes great quality and quantity….great gift idea. Highly recommend. I've been using these brushes for quite a while now, and they are great! The brushes did have a strong chemical smell when I first received it, but I aired it out for a good 24 hours and it smelled like nothing. They look very classy and timeless. Definitely recommend if you have a low budget but still want good quality brushes!

This box of makeup brushes is a great set for everyday use. The brushes are soft, easy to work with, and apply makeup smoothly. They blend products well and don’t shed. The handles feel sturdy and comfortable to hold. I like that the set includes different brushes for various makeup steps. Overall, it’s a good quality brush set and very practical.

Overview These are good for the price, especially if you need several different brushes at one time. The smaller brushes work well for what I was looking for, the lip brush is a great brush for eyeshadow crease details and the variety of shadow brushes are great for being able to blend multiple colors and create depth. I would suggest this set if your primary need is for shadows and lip details. The larger brushes are more suited for powder products. I have note tried a powder foundation so I don’t know how well these will blend into the skin, but they work okay for powder blush contour and highlights. I would not suggest this set if your primary need is for blending cream foundation, contour and highlights. Overall, the brushes are not super dense. They are nice and soft and do not shed, I have not had a chance to clean them yet to see how they hold up. I will update my review if I find any noteworthy issues when cleaning I have not figured out exactly how to use the multi-function brush. I have never used one shaped like this, so I don’t’ have a good comparison. It is decently stiff and holds shape like a rounded top foundation brush. For the Face flat brush, Flat Angled Brush, and Angled Brush- These are too fluffy for my liking, I like to use these kinds of brushes to blend out my cream contour, concealer and foundation. I have found only the Tapered Brush is dense enough to blend out my cream makeup. The Face Flat Brush is very rounded at top I would not consider it a flat top.

Love the variety. They do come with a smell but I always wash my brushes before use. With that said, after washing they maintained shape and fluffiness and the smell was gone. Also there was no shedding. The quality seems good for my makeup needs. I also like that the container they came in can double as a holder for the brushes. Would definitely recommend!

These brushes are so soft they’re like a whisper on the skin. The brushes are also dense and replace old brushes I’ve had for years. These brushes are easy to use and give good coverage. Should have ordered sooner.

Product is better than I would have ever expected, especially for the cost! Brushes are great size and extra fluffy, I can see the difference in how my makeup looks applying…highly recommend!

These are good cheap brushes. I deliberately left out a comma there because these are cheap brushes in that they are cheaply made - the barrel is light (thus they won't balance very well) and the metal band is not crimped to give extra stability to the bristles, but where they did pay attention was in the synthetic fibers and the density and shape of the brushes, and for the price you really can't ask for more. These are soft and almost perfectly shaped - you will see some hairs sticking up where they weren't perfectly cut, but you can either pull these or snip them off to match the others. The fibers are NOT loose, just a few get missed in the cut. These also come with a "factory fresh" smell of plastic and glue, meaning they were chunked out of a machine, shrink wrapped and bottled up and the glue cured in transit. (Just wash them to get rid of the smell and the dust from manufacturing.) A nice touch is that the large brushes come wrapped in one of those mesh protectors we all paid money for in the 2000s. You can reuse them to shape your brush after washing. Speaking of washing you will definitely have to be careful with these not to get water above the ferrule (the metal band that protects the base of the fibers). This part has a visible gap where it meets the brush handle, so don't go hog wild immersing these in a cup or whatever. Just wash and rinse without soaking the handle and you'll be fine. Use warm water, not hot, use a detergent wash instead of dunking it in straight detergent, which will eventually loosen the glue. I would compare these to the E.L.F $1 brushes or whatever cost they are now (the cheapest ones they sell for everyday use). I used to be a makeup artist and my good brushes are finally showing their age so I wanted to get some more that would perform well but that I didn't mind abusing, and plenty so I could switch out what I was doing. I do wish there were 2 of the eyeshadow brush (which looks like it will be a dream to use) and a larger paddle brush, so I wouldn't say this would set you up as a complete starter set, but if you are replacing you'll be happy with the selection of brushes here. Also it comes with a compact storage bucket that fully closes, further adding to the value! Really pleased with this purchase.
