Spectracide Weed & Feed Ready-to-Spray, Pack of 6

Works pretty good on most weeds. Crab grass loves it .

I received the order and I opened it right away. I did get the 6 bottles yesterday. I do like this product. But I ordered this a bit ago, April 24th of this year. but I only received 4 bottles instead of 6 I was very sick and could not submit items were missing.

I'm day 2 into application. I put my first bottle down in a quadrant of my yard to make sure it didn't harm my new or old grass. I've been waiting until I stopped overseeding so it took me into later Fall. I put my first dose down Tuesday night before it got dark. Yesterday was beautiful so I was a little concerned that it might hurt the grass but the temps are barely 60 if that. Nothing. Last night I did my 2nd quadrant and also went back over some of the 1st quadrant. That being said this stuff comes out like syrup. I've used tons of different products many by Spectracide including their orange bottle of crabgrass killer which is AWESOME by the way. That stuff comes out like water. The bottle is done in 10 minutes. This? Not so much. So I questioned if I was getting enough on the grass which I know caused me to overspray. A LOT. I'm just not comfortable with spraying enough to coat everything, I feel it needs to get down in the roots. I was a little frustrated because I don't see my grass greening up like I would with say a dose of Ironite or if I put Milorganite granules down. And I don't see any weeds withering yet. But at least my grass isn't dying either so thats a plus. Right now I'm unimpressed. We will see what todays warmer temps and sun do but I feel like I've spent a few hours the last 2 evenings with no results whereas with other products I see immediate results. I will come back and give a final review but as it stands I know my yard pretty well. It might be the type of weeds I have coming in. They are hearty which is why I wanted them gone. I know the Spectracide crabgrass killer would do it but was trying to go with the double whammy of fertilizer and weed killer but may have to go back to doing things separately. It would be quicker in the long run anyway at this point. To be fair my yard looks great from the street but I live in a neighborhood where everyone uses lawn care companies so I'm anal in trying to do it all on my own. So those little weeds need to GO! :)

Im always suspicious of the reviews for lawn care product. Especially weed killers, because most never work for me. This was some powerful stuff. I've never used liquid Spectricide, but this way out does any granules. Very happy with the results
