Good but not the best
Design and idea are incredible, however the quality of the pieces and silicone board in not as good as I imagined from the Amazon page.Overall, great find, also a really nice touch with a small chess manual and some cute googly eyes.

Good Value Set
Very nicely weighted pieces. The matt finish on the pieces gives them a quality feel.The Silicon board supplied has 55mm squares which I thought just a little too big for the pieces so I replaced it with a 50mm square board as per the picture.

Chess Set Delivery
The product was delivered the very next day, but the deliverer just dropped it outside the door and left. That I didn’t like. He should have knocked because I was expecting the delivery. Other than that it was very satisfactory.

Brilliant
Having played chess 60 plus years ago and now having some time on my hands, I thought I'd try to keep whatever grey cells I had, active.I love this Best Chess Set Ever....The weight of the pieces.The size of them.All brilliant and very very affordable.The company have hit the perfect sales pitch with me...The board is ideal for travelling. I thought I was going to have to buy a green/white square back up board but was pleasantly suprised when I flipped the black/white one over.I will probably buy a wooden board in the future for home use only.I forgot to say the set comes with 2 bags to carry the opposing sides in and if I every get to promote a pawn, it also comes with spare queens; a very nice touch.Definitely 5 star purchase

Excelllent chess set
The pieces are nicely weighted, the silicon mat is brilliant, tournament size and easy to fold. I really can't say anything except that they're probably justified naming it the best chess set ever. Ok, unless you want to spend stupid money that is. I'd definitely buy it for others as a gift

Amazing! Board picks up dust like a hoover
Incredible set, definitely definitely buy it if you want a value for money chess set. Couldn’t be more impressed with the value. Although board picks up dust so easily and has some creases. Overall very nice
