Just plugged it in, will update soon
I got this because I recently bought a plant from Walmart and it came with little gnats that have been driving me crazy. I just plugged this in today and set it up near the plant to help catch them.It was super easy to set up and doesn’t take up much space. I’m adding a picture of how it looks plugged in. I’ll update this review in a few days once I see how well it works and if it helps get rid of the gnats for good.Fingers crossed!UPDATE:I promised I would update, so here it is! I have been using this for a few days now and it is working way better than I expected. I added a photo collage so you can see Day 1 (empty), Day 2 (starting to catch them), and Day 3 (caught a good amount). This trap has definitely helped control the gnats that came with my plant. It keeps catching more every day and it is actually satisfying to check. It is also super easy to change the sticky pad.I would recommend this if you are dealing with fruit flies or gnats. Just plug it in near where they hang out and let it do the work.

Best gnat catcher out there
This product is great, catches a lot of gnats before needing to change. It's very easy to use and has no smell, simple to use and clean. I would go so far as to say that it works better than the name brand one. I 100% recommend this product, will be buying the replacements packs from them as well.

Catches bugs great!
I bought this June 2023 (it’s now June 2024). I was very impressed with how well it works! I got the two pack so one in my kitchen and one in my bathroom. I think maybe a three pack would be nice for the living room too since I know it’s my house plants that attract the bugs. This caught loads of bugs! Fruit flies, gnats, regular flies, mosquitoes, moths, you name it! I think the placement plays a big role in its effectiveness so if it’s not working for you, try relocating.I take away 1 start cuz it’s EXPENSIVE for a plug in piece of plastic. And if you have a lot of bugs (or a fly lays it’s lil maggot bby eggs on the trap like it did on mine) you will have to replace the sticky pad often. It definitely retains its stickiness though I just think after a while it’s best to replace. Also out of the two pack, one of my plug ins completely stopped working early April 2024. The other one seems to be going strong but considering the price, it should def last years imo. It wasn’t just the light either, cuz If I pushed it into the plug, it would work. But without being forced to connect to the power, it was useless. What am I gonna do?? Tape it to the outlet? No thanks.Regardless, these work GREAT when functioning! I recommend not only to you, stranger, but to my family (Ive raved about these). I’m planning on getting a few more even though it gave out on me.

This fly trap is trapping!!!
This fly trap is literally trapping!!! It’s been about a week and it’s caught quite a bit! And I’ve notice less gnats flying around lately! I would say it working great and it’s very effective. The blue light is effect for a night light! And simple cleaning by switching out provided replacements!

These Really Work!
I will spare you the tale of ALL the things that *didn’t* work, because these things are the solution to your problem if you have sewer flies and/or gnats/noseeums in your house or RV. I like to leave my gray water drain open when I’m hooked up to sewer so I can enjoy those long, hot showers, but after a time, these little flies find their way up into my RV. Between sanitizing the tanks and these drains with Happy Camper, covering the drains with plugs when not in use, and these plug-in traps, my fly problem is now (mostly) over. I’ll still see a few during the day when the lights aren’t so seductive, but come lights out, these are the only lights in the RV and it looks like the flies can’t resist them. Awesome! As a bonus, they’re lovely little blue night lights too! I do wish the black face came with more decorative patterns - can I get a manatee or something please? I may decorate them myself as they’re just little bits of cardboard with glue on the back. Perhaps I’ll paint tiny little landscapes. :)

My expectation were too high!
Didn't do the job I thought it would! I'm so tired of these darn fruit flies or gnats!

Absolute waste of money!!!!
Left it plugged in for two weeks in two locations in my home and i couldn’t believe the amount of nothing this product failed to catch. ISTG not one species of insect was caught by this product. I was better off burning the money i spent on this product.

Small bug catcher
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Seemed to be something that would take care of our flies and misquitosKills bugs:Is attracting gnats and some bugs but doesn't seem to attract mosquitos, which is our main problem with all the rain the past few weeks Ease of cleaning:Just remove the card that has flying insects stuck to it and throw it away. Easy, peasy.
