Working well so far.
Taller than I expected - I did not check the dimensions details on the diagram on the website. Comparatively easy to install but make sure that you have a suitable ( and the correct length ) half inch flexible hose connector with built in isolator connector ( if required ) for your particular installation. You have to rewire the UK mains plug if the power source is under the worktop. An instruction manual is supplied, but the "English" would benefit from a revision. Otherwise the hot water tap is easy to install and to use. The instruction booklet contains a lot of words and it is probably worth studying it carefully particularly regarding Fig 4-5. This appears to show an on/off indicator and a red padlock symbol ( I still do not understand Fig 4.5 but it is too late now - the tap is installed ! ).Tap lever in vertical position = off. Move lever down progressively delivers increasing flow of unheated water. At the horizontal position there is a small flow of unheated water. Lowering the lever just a bit further turns the heater on and gives the maximum temperature output with the minimum heated water flow. Lowering the tap lever further increases the hot flow rate, but reduces the flow temperature. - If the tap lever is just lower than the horizontal position you get maximum tap internal temperature indicated of 70 degrees C flashing on the display - the external flow water temperature is about 65 degrees C. These measurements were taken when the cold water input temperature was 7 degrees C. The packing box suggests that the item is 3.2kW and is imported by Dovozce TV products CZ. The leaflet / guide states Ningbo Yinxhou Xuntang Electrical Appliance Co Ltd China.

reduced flow for hottest water
I bought this tap to avoid running my hot water cylinder dry with constant demands in the kitchen which has a long pipe run. The hottest water is only available at a trickle and it remains to be seen if heating the water in this way is more economical than using the cylinder
