We all need zinc. It's very important. This is NSF CERTIFIED. I recommend this and I'm very picky about my supplements

Easy to take liquid drops and have it over with! I hate zinc lozenges! The drops have a bit of a burn and sharp taste…. Just swallow quickly and wash down with juice or coffee!
