I always take these Vitamin A tablets, they are a good quality tablet, small and easy to swallow with hardly any taste... I must admit it is hard to tell the effectiveness as I take other supplements as well but for 61 I do have good skin health and initially I brought these as they can help towards eyesight especially when the light is lower so I thought I would try them and all seems good...not sure if this is anything do do with the tablets but I can actually watch the TV without my glasses (but it is a large TV) I will keep taking these I hope this helps?

I'm in two minds with this. On one hand they have a pleasant smell and could be helpful to my eye health. On the other hand and this could be a coincidence, the day after I started taking them, my eye developed a large floater and it's still here now. Make up your own mind.

I read that vitamin A is good for your eyesight. I’ve been taking it for over a year now. I’m hoping it will help keep macular degeneration and cataracts from developing further, and so far both defects are static. 🤞🏼

Easy to swallow one a day 😊

Disappointed to find that these are a different Vitamin A than their soft gels with I used for years and found amazing for keeping acne at bay. Hoping these will be a good but one week in I am unsure.
