It's a good product that makes you feel full for 2 to 3 hours. Not too sweet. The texture is smooth. But it's getting costly day by day.

I actually came across this brand at a local super mart but I bought it off amazon because of the better pricing. I recently contracted diabetes and had to drastically change my diet and that meant protein bars with added sugar had to go. This one advertised no sugar and only natural ingredient flavour, I have tried that type before unhappily so I thought why not try this and that turned out to be one of my best decisions. At first taste, I felt nervous because it is quite sweet and tasty (surprisingly) but it never spiked my blood sugar because the sweetness comes from natural ingredients which have fibre in them so they actually make my body work to digest thus aiding in insulin production (things I researched later). To top it off, it helped control sudden hunger pangs because it is full of nuts and protein powder. This is the sort of bar that special military forces use on missions where they can't cook, full of energy, protein and fibre. Cons Only one but it isn't a deal breaker. The constitution of this bar is extremely fragile, you cannot eat from the wrapper without causing breakage and scattering of pieces, you need something large to contain it's breakage so that you don't waste it and litter your surroundings. This isn't a big deal if you are slightly mindful. This is probably because they don't use sodium to bind their ingredients which every other protein bar out there does, thus making this bar a healthier option already.

Perfect replacement for biscuits, namkeen and other junks foods. Tastes awesome and is filling. Wish it was cheaper

Good clean ingredients, you can tell it doesn’t have a lot of preservatives or binding substances and zero artificial sweeteners. You can taste the flavor of dates. It’s moderately filling and makes me hungry soon after but assuming it’s a good source of protein since they use only whey blend and no soy or pea protein (not sure about the quality of the whey though). Pretty pricey and gets tough on your pocket just like their other products but they are a premium and somewhat worth it

Taste and quality wise so good. You can buy for sure.

I really love the taste and the soft texture of the bar. And the ingredients used are very healthy. Only downside is it will stick to your teeth and gum like crazy and takes a lot of time to dissolve. I don't usually eat protein bars and they are not value for money anyways.
