It is declared more as a natural lavender, but the aroma contains lavender and reminds a little of a perfume skincare aroma. In any case, the aroma is pleasant. Concentrated, so it’s enough in small quantities.

Smells more like an aftershave or perfume. Not aromatherapy. Can tell it's not very natural and low content of actual essential oils.

Very good product, since the death of my wife I have been having a lot trouble getting to sleep and then staying asleep so I thoght I would try this spray and found that it does work very well and I am now sleeping much better.
