Strong, sturdy case. Installed frame with built-in protective screen. All fits perfectly. No issues whatsoever with fingerprints after re-registering them with protective screen on. The case fits the phone perfectly and provides great protection for the phone. It's also a very good looking case.

it works but it's not your typical supcase. it comes with 2 inside frames for the phone. you put your phone inside the frame with the plastic cover to protect the glass, then , normally, you drop that combo into the larger bottom frame. it doesn't fit. not even close. there is an arrow pointing towards the bottom right telling you that is where you separate the top from the bottom. when i looked closely, there is another top frame in the bottom case that is exactly the same as the frame that has the protective cover built into it. i took a flat screwdriver and separated this second windowless frame from the bottom half of the case and THEN THE PHONE/TOP FRAME COMBO dropped right in. so, for some reason, they sent two top frames, don't know why. i threw it away. i was planning on returning it until i noticed that it was an extra frame. that's my story and i'm stickin' to it.

This is the ultimate protector. I have used this brand for years now through several phones. I have never had a cracked screen or broken phone. I use the built in screen protector front piece. The finger print reader functionality doesn't work with it though, and it scratches easily. I am more concerned with protection though, and this case does that perfectly. I've dropped all my phones on pavement getting out of my truck multiple times and my phone was protected 100%. I can't recommend the brand enough if you are looking for protecting your high dollar phone.

This case provides 'OK' protection for under $30. It's made mostly of cheap hard plastic, except for the rubberized border around the rim. The rubberized border does give reasonable protection if the phone is dropped, especially on the edges. Unfortunately, there is very minimal rubberized protection on the back of the case, inside and out, and that portion is protected mostly by the thin hard plastic. The case is also thick enough to stick out past the screen and camera lenses, giving those features some protection as well. The included screen protector is also just a cheap plastic film that scratches very easily. Mine is very scratched up and it's only been in use around a month. It includes a decent belt holster. Personally, I found the S23 Ultra too big to be practical with the belt clip holster and when I tried to use it, it would come off my belt almost every time I sat down. I think this was due more to the overall size of the phone more than any fault of the product. I haven't tried to use the fingerprint scanner, as I've always found them to be more hassle than they're worth for my fingers. So, I can't say how the fingerprint scanner works with the screen protector. That part of the protector does stick to the screen somewhat, while the rest sets loosely over it. It appears annoying when the screen is off, but really isn't very noticeable during use.Overall I am slightly disappointed with the case. However it is just as good overall as some more expensive options. I believe I got what I paid for and don't regret the purchase since it does give some protection and even comes with a belt clip holder that seems fine for people who like those. My disappointment is mostly due to the cheap screen protector and minimal rubberized protection. I'm even less disappointed when I think about certain big name cases (Otterbox) that I've owned for other devices and that are just as poorly designed and made, but cost twice as much or more. At least this case is priced accordingly.**UPDATE after almost a year using in harsh environments**:I've now used the case in temperatures ranging from over 100° F to -30° F. I used the belt clip on a backpack chest strap to record several videos while fishing, sledding, hiking, riding motorcycles off-road and more (check out Wyoming Family Adventures on YouTube). It has held up great and protected the phone better than expected. It has saved my phone from numerous drops. I just bought another one, which brings up the biggest flaw; The screen protector was getting scratched up within a few days of use and is now so bad that I can't use it. I searched for replacement screen protectors, but they are not available anywhere, even on the Supcase website. So I had to buy another case to get a screen protector. I almost bumped this review from 3 stars to 4 for the durability, but left it at 3 because of the value. I like the case as it is, but don't love it. If cheap (around $5) replacement screen protectors were available, I would quickly give it 5 stars and not look back. However, it's honestly just not a very good value if I have to keep buying the entire case package.

Great case. Just bought my second one because I lost the belt holster and there were improvements that make installation easier.

Overall I'm happy with these cases. My mom, sister, and I have them. I use the kickstand a ton and that's the weak spot. I've had to replace mine a few times because of a broken kickstand. This time it isn't falling out like the other times it just won't stay snapped into the back when closed. Other times the tabs that it slides on broke so the stand would fall out. Overall I'm happy and will get another one!!!
