So far so great!
Arrived undamaged. Fits 13” cube organizers perfectly. Quick and easy to assemble. Pretty sturdy so I’m not too worried about it falling or being easily damaged. I purchased two of these and they arrived in the same condition. If you see any marks on the top in the pictures, it’s from me wiping it down.

Great customer service from ClosetMaid
I bought two of these for cube storage for baby toys. Thirteen inch cube bins fit perfectly. One of the boxes was a little open at one end and the parts bag had broken open. A few hardware parts were missing. I contacted the vendor directly as was indicated in the assembly directions. Their customer service was great, and I received replacement parts in good time.
