Sean Lock: Keep It Light - Live [DVD]

I bought this before Christmas and only got around to watching it yesterday.i am a big fan of Sean and usually laugh out loud even if I have seen the same clip several times.i struggled to raise a smile watching this though.long rambling stories that didn’t really hit the mark.hopefully just a blip and he will return to form.

Far from Sean at his best. Felt like a lot of old punchlines recycled. I say this as a HUGE Sean Lock fan too... it pains me! Still worth a watch though. Has its funny moments.

Watched on christmas day as I'd bought it for my husband. It's just not very funny. It seems to have earned a half decent star rating based on reviews of older DVDs, whereas this was released in November 2017 and the recent reviews are bad. We loved his previous stuff like purple van man and he's brilliant on 8 out of 10 cats, but this feels lazily put together and more like a new material gig than a fully polished show. I know Sean can do better!

Despite being quite a fan I found this disappointing. He hadn't put enough work into the material and does not deliver it with any enthusiasm. Perhaps due to the relative small venue - his performances at O2 etc. have been much better.

i laughed more during root canal surgery at dentist ,than watching this, i have seen some of seans stand up shows and i laughed so hard i lost control of bladder. for a man with talent, this was hugely disappointing . come on sean get a grip mate

Not sure what’s happened here! Sean Lock is normally a great comedian! Love his previous live dvds, and have seen him live recently and he was on top form. This DVD was obviously an off night for him so I’m surprised it was signed off!

Always been a fan of this man and this dvd doesn’t disappoint five stars
