Great family project
I bought these to do some non traditional Easter egg painting. It was my first Easter with my new fiance, so I wanted to be able to cherish the moment for a long time. My fiance, his son, my parents and I had a blast painting all of the eggs and bunnies.

Fun Easter Craft for the Kids (or adults)
Our kids had a blast painting these wooden eggs and bunnies for Easter (and we had fun helping them). The paint that comes with the kit is pretty good (note: I'm not a craft paint expert, but for us and the kids, the colors were vibrant and coated pretty well). The wooden eggs are really smooth, so I wonder if they'd take on the paint easier with a light sanding. We were just having fun, so we didn't bother with that. Depending on how detailed you or your kids want to get, the eggs can go really fast if they're not doing a lot. Our 6-year old was a lot more slapdash with the paint and ran through his half pretty quick and wanted more. Luckily, there are also 12 little wood bunnies, so he still had more to paint while our other kid was still working on eggs. You can see some of the colors in the photo of eggs I'm including with the review -- note: the coppery egg was painted with some of our own paint, but the paint it comes with is enough to paint everything included. And if you're doing some color overlay, their paint coated well if you let the other layers dry first. The football egg in my photo is an example of that. We painted it brown first, then later added the white stripes and blue and yellow shamrock -- all done with paint that came with the kit and I liked how it turned out. The eggs were all in great shape, though one had a crack in it. Since they're wooden, we embraced the crack in the wood and made an axolotl face (the blue egg on the left side of the photo). It was nice that the kit came with two paint brushes (one wider, one finer for detail), but if you're sharing the kid between kids, maybe have a couple of extra brushes on hand.

Nice smooth wooden eggs!
These are nicer than I expected! I really expected the wooden eggs would be kinda rough, but these are sanded nice and smooth! The only reason I dinged them a star, is that one of the smaller bunnies ear was broken off! Couldn’t fine the piece in the box or I would have just glued it back on! Anyway, it’s such a small thing and I really don’t think the kids are gonna notice! I have three nephews who I plan on playing with this kit, as each child will get 4 eggs, and a set of 4 bunnies to paint! Easter is kind of a big thing in my family and I know the boys are gonna love painting these and hunting them on Easter! The price for this item seems very reasonable considering the kids will have 24 items to paint! This comes with two brushes and 12 color paints! I’m getting excited to play with my boys!

4.5star- all but perfect set!! Great holiday activity for kids/adults alike..
Loving these solid wooden eggs- sanded + smoothed in quality past expectation (expect zero splinters or splintering- they have been given that much attn. to detail..!!) Sized perfectly -one can easily paint with room for detail or go with all over color.. doing both they all turned out fabulous! (Tbh, I love bright solids best!!) Hack: once complete- use a rattle can and spray with semi gloss finish/shellac.. not only creates a more life like sheen- it also protects paint and allows ability to wipe off or clean if used as Easter decor!Little wooden rabbits I find more like extra add-on or, bonus! Also cut from solid wood. Edges finished fine considering smaller size rabbits of 1”x2” and their many crevices in shape.. ie, between ears, body, tail, leg cutouts. We chose to let kids paint for fun!Overall, a great set for kids or adults. Paints as expected- small capsules that cover quite a bit.. however, I used my own acrylics for sheer ease + color options. (Kids used included paint!) X2 included brushes are solid- we used along with a few detail options we had. Wish this included a drop cloth/mat but, easy to remedy.. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Hoping info helps decision- stay safe everyone!—————————————————————-Below I’ve included a few rabbit craft ideas if they help..Depending on your need- one could use these rabbit as star of another project by adding x1 item and a glue gun! i would have need for.Hack: a few bunny ideas-1. hot glue the back side onto a 12” skinny wooden dowel.. these could be stuck into a plant, added the same into a spring arrangement, etc.2. One could hot glue x2 exact rabbits “sandwich/Oreo” style onto the same type dowel- creating a 3-D effect. (there are duplicates of same cutout!) gluing x2 will allow for full 360° view without showing glue.3. One could Hot glue onto skinner satin rope that is cut/knotted off long enough to slip over the head and make a pendant for a child.4. Using a rougher twine.. hot glue back of these approx x8” apart to create a garland effect for mantle.5. Paint/finish completely.. and sporadically lay flat down middle of dinner or serving table like pieces of confetti. Sprinkle a spring confetti in the same fashion.. to wow and bring home an Easter effect!6. Hot glue back side to a simple napkin ring to create Easter theme for each place setting.. using skinny sharpie and write name for a place setting-

Great seasonal craft for kids
I didn't like the idea of giving my kids real eggs to paint for Easter, so this was a great alternative. I was pretty impressed with the quality of the materials. The wood is smooth and even. The eggs are a nice size and weight. The little bunnies are a fun extra, and are posed four different ways. The paint and brushes were decent. It's a great set for kids to craft with.Another bonus: we can keep these and paint them again as many times as we want!

Such a fun set!
My kids absolutely loved decorating these eggs and bunnies. They were able to keep them which was great too. Good quality and comes with everything needed.

Great!
These wooden, paintable Easter eggs and rabbits are very smooth and well-sanded. They’re ready for any customization one can dream up.The rabbits are a little pointless for me. I don’t know where I would put them. Maybe I’ll add eye hooks and hang them on a garland.I wish there were more eggs. The paint and brushes are fine. Elementary student quality.
