I will take another blood test to see how my b’s are doing and write an update. I love the idea of these and hope they are working. Soooo much easier than swallowing a pill!

4 months post bariatric surgery, and my energy levels still haven’t bounced back. I took several bariatric specific multi vitamins at the same time, and still hardly felt a difference. I found that sublingual vitamins seemed to help the most. BUT I had a hard time finding a sublingual vitamin B that didn’t taste awful. I was desperate enough I would take it anyway. When I found/tried these patches, I stopped the sublingual vitamin B immediately. These patches give me an even energy over the 8 hours.As a side note, I had to do a blood test to check my vitamin levels last week. They told me to go off all vitamins for 2 days prior (so the vitamin levels weren’t artificially inflated). I. Felt. Depleted. My vitamin B12 levels still came back much higher than average. But I felt sooo much better when I started using the patches again. These are a heaven sent for me.

I notice a difference in energy when use this patch. I’ve been carefully monitoring nutrition for months, exercising, etc. Noticed steep drops in energy at times. Had been ingesting extra B12 supplements. Then I read insert on an Rx I am taking to see can cause B12 issues. I’ll work to get off that Rx but in meantime, happy to discover these. Especially for the price I found here since I’d taken this same patch from a provider with a big markup.

B vitamins have a very distinctive odor. There is no odor no color no nothing to these patches. I found that if you put them on and hold your hand over them for a little warmed for a couple seconds, they do stick a little bit better but I question if there’s anything in them.

The manufacturer recommends to keep these on for 8-hrs per day. I can’t get them to stay on for more than 4-hrs per day. I have tried putting them on the back of my arm, side of my arm and my forearm with no real success. Poor design quality.
