The outside of the box is very dusty indicating that the product sat in a warehouse for a long time and likely was inappropriately stored.

Although a bit pricey, it is good for you. I take it 1 to 2 hours before bed time and it seems to help me sleep a whole lot better.

I totally love this tea! I am a huge fan of herbal teas and this one has a great taste! I drink it hot or cold and don't need to add honey or anything! It tastes like it is supposed to taste - like the herbs it is made of! Not overwhelmingly so, but this is so far the best herbal tea I could find in the U.S. AND it is healthy as it helps with the alkaline balance. It is expensive, but other than that, it is just great!
