I've used many different brands of parchment paper. I love this brand. It is, in my opinion, the best quality and having sheets that are easily dispensed is so convenient. We use the sheets to line the racks in our dehydrators, to keep things like small grains, herbs, and shredded vegetables from falling through the mesh. It works great and I love that their products are fully compostable, unbleached, and ethically sourced to reduce waste and harvest trees sustainably. Parchment paper is good under items you're baking or heating up in the over. We like and use this particular one because you're not having a problem tearing out the sheets as they are pre-cut and infinitely easier to use. Better than foil in some cases and the food doesn't get steams and it can 'breathe' through the paper instead of foil.

I don’t cook food on aluminum instead use parchment paper on top! I use it making packets to bake my fish. I learned you can crumble it up like crushing a piece of paper and it unfolds easily preventing it from Sliding around!! They offer it in a roll or precut sheets. Both are great products!
