My muscles are really weak after fighting an infection and I felt like I tore something in my elbow. This fit my larger arm size and can easily be adjusted. It's worked great at keeping the area secure and it's been a real blessing at keeping the pain down.

For normal daily activity, the brace is comfortable and helps with relieving tennis elbow pain. However, if wearing while playing sport, I need to take it off every 15mins, since it retains sweat and seems to numb my arm.

My elbow problems are a more recent affliction. I ordered this brace on a whim and without reading reviews and doing my research as much as I probably should have. I am heavy set, and this brace does not fit me like it fits the person in the picture. I think it would probably be fine for someone slender, but I should have ordered something larger. With that being said, it still helped me. I've only worn it for less than 24 hours, but I noticed a marked improvement in how my elbow/arm felt. I did wear it to bed, even though it says not to. But my main reason for wanting something was to wear to bed as my arm throbs at night time. I believe my elbow issues stem from overuse due to having adhesive capsulitis in the same shoulder, so I do have other things going on. So if you're thinner and are having elbow problems, I believe this will help.
