I was looking for a brace to wear at night and this is not it. It’s very supportive and helped my pain, but limited my movement a lot. If that’s what you need, then this is great. I needed something to provide mild support and allowed movement, as well as comfort for sleeping. This was more stringent than I was needed.

I have golfers elbow, not from golfing. It seems a fall can cause that too. As it became harder to move and pick things up, as well as pain upon waking up in the morning, I decided to get this and see how it worked out. It was outstanding. The pain relief was noticible right off, and after a week I had a chance to heal, that is until I did something stupid again. The straps are adjustable, fit well, and held all day and were still tight after a day at work, and remained comfortable. The relief from the pain gives back mobility and some strength. My advice, don't do anything stupid after you feel beter. And now it's working allover again. This was very cost effective as it really saved me a lot of money with the medical side of things.

Working as designed great elasticity

there is too much bulk on the inner elbow to comfortably bend. It's OK to wear for a short time but after a while it's too irritating and leaves indents in my skin. Also I have to wrap the bottom strap in an upward angle so that the Velcro doesn't contact my skin and cause even more irritation.

Very easy to slip on and off without help due to the inner stretchy sleeve. Wraps elbow well and the adjustable straps allow you to have to perfect fit and pressure. By far the best sleeve I have purchased and the least expensive to protect my swollen elbow.

has the potential to stabilize the elbow, but can be a little awkward to place and tighten (especially if one has an aching elbow!) Nevertheless well-made and looks to be long-lived
