After the nail-biting end to volume one I launched straight into two! The book just doesn't let up, it's always fast, edgy, smart and great writing that is seriously addictive, coupled with the excellent drawings I think I may be a serious convert to manga. It's such a refreshing difference sometimes from full-length, 'heavy' fantasy novels I'm so use to reading. The battle of wits between Light and L is a captivating read which I can't wait to read how it develops in the rest on the series.

book was in excellent conditions, didn't even seem to be second hand. plot a bit disappointing, and had to wait for several weeks as it was dispatched from the States. will not be buying from overseas again soon

My teen ordered this and read the entire book in one day. So assuming it must have been a good read!

Finally could add another volume to the shelf. The content is elite. Good for beginners also. Though it leaves a lot of suspense after flipping each page. Would definitely recommend buying!Overall awesome!

I am very happy with this product, it came in prefect condition. The cover looks great, no tears or rips on the pages. I bought this book as a 'collectors item' from a seller with a great price. I was wondering why the retail price on the back cover was $7.99 and the price listed on Amazon was $9.99. This is actually because the edition that I purchased is from 2009, so the price was less than an edition printed more recently. I haven't actually read this volume yet since my package just came in, but the art looks great as always and I'm sure that it'll be a great read!
