A must have for car and home
I keep a pack of these in the car and they take up almost no space. They come sealed, fold flat and slip easily into the glove box. The foil is sturdier than it looks and reflects heat well, which is exactly what you want if you break down on a cold night or need to keep someone warm while waiting for help. They’re also handy to have at home. In a power cut you can wrap one around your shoulders and it genuinely takes the edge off the cold. You get six in the pack so you’re covered for more than one person and you still have spares left over. For the size, price and practicality they’re hard to fault. If anything, I’m tempted to pick up another pack so I can stash a few around the house just in case.

Works well
I bought these so that I could wrap one around my dog's crate in the winter. My kitchen is cold at night so I wrapped one around the outside, then tucked in a large throw over the top. It helps create a warmer space for my pooch when the nights get very cold.

Saved my fathers life.
Bought these to add to my car's first aid kit, mostly on a whim. While on holiday in Scotland, my 75 year old father capsized his boat and couldn’t right it. He was wearing a life jacket, so he wouldn’t drown, but he was hit hard with hypothermia. We scrambled another boat, but he was in the water for a good 15 minutes. The other boat brought him to shore, he was blue, and we had at least a 30 minute wait for the ambulance to arrive. We wrapped him in these, along with warm bottles of water, while rubbing his feet and hands. These probably saved his life. If not for that whim, I wouldn't have a father right now. Just buy them.

Best Foil Blankets I've ever purchased!
I always have a foil blanket in my Race Bag for OCR's and in the past, they haven't been so good. I had to replenish my kit and came across these at a reasonable price so I thought I'd buy them before my last race. After being submerged in cold water repeatedly and running for almost 2 hours, the kids were shaking with the cold and had that 'blue tinge' to their lips. Within under 2 minutes of being wrapped in their foil blankets, they stopped shivering and then complained of being too warm! Cannot recommend highly enough. Love the extra large size too. Top buy! Will place another order for more soon.

Basic first aid
Does the job it’s required. Bought to keep first aid kit stocked. Think they are like any other you can buy in stores or online just without the frills. The single packages are handy to pop in bags for days out, keep the product sterile and be small enough to not take up a lot of room. All first aid kits need these whether home, car or the office!
