Great mat, better experience
Love this mat! It’s dense and well built. I had a small issue with the way it was packed and contacted the company. Unbelievable customer service experience. Found a perfect solution and left me super happy with the outcome. Product is amazing and customer service is even better. Can’t go wrong with this one!

Good mat
Set up in my garage and has been excellent. I’m a scratch golfer and have hit probably a thousand shots so far. The mat has held up well with barely no wear. Very happy with it.

Great hitting mat
Solid mat. Easy to flatten from the burrito it’s shipped as. Turf doesn’t stick to your clubs which is nice. Some early signs of wear, so make sure you rotate the mat and avoid hitting in the same spot repeatedly.

Solid. No pain.
Good mat, worth the price. I've hit probably 5-10k balls in 6 months on this thing. It started to wear in the one spot I would generally hit my irons from and it eventually took some turf out and I had to move the ball and hit elsewhere. Generally it is really solid, but it will take a beating if you're hitting alot of balls and have a negative AOA hitting down alot.NO pain though in wrists/elbow. Light enough to move, heavy enough to not blow away. I let it get rained on and I will just lift it off the ground and all the water will roll right off.

thick, tough... better than expected.
I leave it outside most of the time. Rained on, spit on by my big oaks... 2 months and holding strong. I wash it a couple times and I'm impressed with how well it holds up to the weather. If it lasts 6 months in Florida rain and heat I'll be impressed. Will update at 6 month mark.

Very Impressive Customer Support
Most of the times reviews are about the products themselves and not the customer support when things are quite right. Here is my story:I order the golf mat, when it arrived, I opened one end of the long box and pulled it out. Mat looked great as advertised and I got the PU golf balls. However, no tees were included. Needless to say I was a little disappointed.GolfGuru included a card and on the back had the email for support. I sent an email explaining the situation. Within a day, I received an email back apologizing for the inconvenience and verified my shipping address. Within 2 days I received not only the tees, but more PU golf balls.A few days later, when I was cutting up the box for recycle, I found the tees on the other side of the long box. It was tucked under the cardboard end flap so it was not visible. I emailed back to customer support, again explaining the situation and how I could pay them back for the extra tees and balls the sent.Later that day a received a response. "Thank you for your honesty—we truly appreciate it! There's no need to pay us back for the extra tees and balls. Consider them a small gift from us, and we’re happy to know you have everything you need now."Mistakes happen, but how companies respond to mistakes (even when it's the customer's fault), means a lot to me.

Not durable at all - 8 month update (No, it won't last that long. Read below)
The tee hole area ripped apart within weeks. Really not easy to place the ball around it because they have 3 holes. I placed the ball in between 2 holes and about 4 inches away expecting the area would be weaker but it didn't help. I thought 'ok I should expect it to be weaker' so I moved the hitting area further away and it held up until after a month the grass and the pad seperated and started to thin out and eventually come apart. Around this time I'm also noticing fading on where I was standing. Also started to notice build up of fine green dust on the launch monitor and the clubs. Vacuuming the mat didn't help since the dust is generated from hitting the mat. For that reason alone, I wouldn't use this indoors but unfortunately I have the sim setup indoors. I was already done with both ends of the mat within a month of use. Instead of throwing it away I decided to cut them into 5 strips and turned it into an insert mat so I can swap it out. I would say each strip has lasted about 1000 iron swings before the pad separates. And to those or the seller claiming that the separation is from cutting it, remember that I cut them because it was already separating where the holes were and noticed it was about to separate on no-hole side.Probably good enough for use as standing mat only and not a hitting mat. I don't see this mat lasting more than 6month as a hitting mat for the sim. I say for sim because the LM requires for the ball to be in a set area and this mat came apart in about a month for me. For use without the sim, I can see this lasting longer only if you keep moving the hitting spot. However, I imagine the mat will still come apart and will need to be rotated and thrown away within a year. Considering that the range grade mats last for years in outdoors with a lot more use, I don't think $100 for this is worth it when you can have a range grade for 400-500 IF you are serious about practicing golf.TL;DR - don't buy this or any other cheap mat if you are looking for a hitting mat and you tend to downswing.

You get what you pay for
Padding is cheap/thin and doesn’t provide much impact resistance. Stays in place on concrete pad but doesn’t look like it will last very long. Definitely not the same quality as a typical driving range mat but also a fraction of the price.
