Product brilliant delivery appalling
I think this product is excellent. The delivery by EVRI was absolutly appaling. 6 minutes to one IN THE MORNING (after midnight) Left by my front gate 30 feet from my front door. No way of expressing my anger as I could not give delivery NO STARS hence no firther comment. Luckily my neighbour on his way to worek noticed the package and put it through my letterbox.

Easy..Peasy.
You can tell straight away that it is quality, unlike the WD Elements I had with it's tacky and badly designed mains lead. The Toshiba quickly formats itself and then you are ready for action. It is a quality piece of kit, so easy to use, and I will be purchasing another to back up my back ups.

Steer clear of this lemon
Absolute rubbish. Had this disk less than a month just past the return date and it is clicking and crashing. Have lost all my music files etc. Will NEVER buy Toshiba again

Great drive with great speed both read and write. The small form factor is a plus so I can take with me everywhere. I love the plug and play factor also. The storage is as stated. This is a genuine Toshiba drive with full storage and no need to format the drive. Love the drive and functionality. No heat after downloading multiple files for 3 hours straight.

Sto usando il Toshiba Canvio Basics da 2 TB da più di un mese e posso dire che è un ottimo hard disk esterno. È veloce nel trasferimento dei dati grazie all’USB 3.0, e funziona alla perfezione sia su Windows che su macOS (basta formattarlo se serve). Il design è semplice, elegante e molto compatto, quindi si trasporta facilmente anche in borsa o nello zaino. Non necessita di alcuna installazione: plug and play e subito pronto all’uso. Finora nessun problema di connessione o rumore — è silenzioso e stabile, ideale per backup, foto, video e documenti. In sintesi: ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, affidabile e pratico. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un hard disk esterno capiente e senza complicazioni!
