Can you use the bar on a bench press

You can ,but putting it back on the rack is a bit tight keep nipping the skin between finger & thumb

Can someone tell me the length of the bar when put together to use as a squat bar.

Yes it works perfectly as a squat bar has been able to hold the full 20kg. It’s around 4ft

What is the diameter of the hole in the weights, please?

troublesome this; if one measures the diameter of the hole it looks about 27mm but if one measures the bar it is barely 25mm. The holes on the weights are chamfered as are the locking nuts. So, I presume that once the nuts are tightened up there would be a slight gap all around the bar. Don't know if this helps but the actual kit is a bargain, especially for a beginner. Good luck

How long is the barbell?

Around 46 cm, not possible to trains 2 biceps together. And the handle is a bit sharp, better wear gloves. Indeed, the barbell is quite bulky as it is not made by cast iron. The surface is plastic. However, cast iron barbell is much expensive.
