21/09/24-The item received was completely broken in pieces. Looks like its not that sturdy or might mishandled a lot. It's a heavy product, needs special care in it's delivery. Replacement ordered with zero charges. Let's see what's waiting next30/09/24- product finally picked up after 7days of ordering replacement and new product expecting delivery date is 17/10/24, that is 20 days after pickup of the old product. Disgusting!
