Used for my boat exhaust manifold
Boat mechanic wanted to charge 1600 to replace the manifolds. I said naw girl I got this. These were used for adapters on my risers and manifold for the boat. High temp and high pressure. Fit great, 3/4 to a 1 inch barb. Haven’t had any issues. Worked like a charm. 1992 mercruiser inboard stern drive 4.3L. Works well with the hoses!

Bad quality control
You can see in the photo that the bore is not in the center of the fitting. To make the same thickness of the barb the bore should be exactly in the middle. This is not acceptable for critical applications. I need this for the water well and don't want to fix it later by pulling up 100 feet of pipes with the pump back from the deep well. Decided to return it immediately.
