I usually have a lot of gut issues with normal creatine, I can only take micronised or creapure. The quality is the best I've ever tried. It's super micronised and mixes well, no sinking to the bottom or clear particles of creatine. Love it!

I buy the non-flavoured to mix with squash so can't comment on taste but this creatine powder mixes very well compared to others i've used in the past. No lumps and easy to drink.

My wife and I have been using this product for three buys and after the first buy we both saw good changes in our appearance. This is a good product.. there is no taste. Good to put in your morning coffee and it just dissolves. Good value for money. I have noticed that this helps with my performance and with my energy.

Haven’t noticed much difference using this! But still use it anyway probably won’t buy it again, will try the capsules next time.
