I have had good results with this brand. I usually just do electrolyte powder but decided to get this one with EAA to soup up the benefits. It keeps me hydrated and feeling great after a strenuous workout.

This has a decent flavor and is easily dissolvable. No grit when you drink it. It is very sweet so I definitely water my drinks down more than the package suggestion.

I'm not sure why the ratings are so high, the taste is not good. I can't judge the quality or effectiveness since I didn't finish it. UPDATE ON SELLER: product review hasn’t changed BUT the seller is legit. Didn’t expect or ask for refund yet they reached out and offered it. Most companies hide at any negative feedback, NOT this one.

It’s okay but there are better products out there. This one was a little more expensive than my usual but I tried it and it’s not as good.

I initially received the Tropical punch electrolyte powder by mistake, but really wanted the EAAs. They let me keep that one, which is also super tasty, and sent the correct product.This is one of the only electrolyte EAA combination powders I was able to find, and is much cheaper than other sugar free electrolyte powders. It dissolves well and tastes great– I drink it during every workout. I just finished my first container and will be ordering a second!
