A friend recommended Blonyx Creatine HMB+ and honestly, this is the best.I take it every morning and after training in the evening. I could feel in training the benefits right away, and taking it afterwards has been helping me to recover. Many times I mix it with the Blonyx Egg White Protein in the evening as my last meal. I definitely recommend it.

Take this product in the morning and then take it in the evening. Take it for about 2 to 3 weeks. You will never stop taking it again. The strength that you get from taking this product is absolutely phenomenal. I bought this product multiple multiple times and I am hooked.
