This is a great product

bought this to split some oak logs and it works really well. I love the point, it allows the wood to stay in place while you hit it.

Deceptive business practices at play. Be sure to check the measurements of the item. Measurements of style "B" does not match description. Requested replacement and the second one was the same as the first.

Does not work on dried out hard woods. Maybe on soft woods or green hard woods.

Excelente producto

When I took it out of the box, I was impressed with how beautiful it was. Once I put it to use, I found it very useful. It took me an hour to chop wood and it was so easy. I am amazed that a large pile of wood can be completed in such a short time

This might be a good product for smaller diameter wood. Much of mine is 8+ inches. Even though I'm not particularly accurate swing a maul (or an axe), I can split wood more efficiently doing that.

For really small logs like 3 to 6 inch and no green logs only really dry logs and really small logs work .
