The brand name Does, has a reputation of selling high end products already, and when I received this phone stand speaker, it lived up to it's brand name! The Doss Free Talk phone stand speaker came with it's own portable zippered case, to keep it protected and so you can carry it with you on the go. It's a very nice looking, durable case that you would normally have to buy separately, so it being included is a great deal! I made sure to read the manual and fully charge the phone stand speaker with the USB cable it came with for the first time, like the manual said to do. It only took about 2 1/2 hours to get it fully charged, (It has a solid red indicator light that goes off when it is fully charged.) Which was great timing, considering how much power this phone stand speaker has! The phone stand has a nice grip on the back where your phone sits, so it stays in place and holds your phone securely. It can move in different angles, so you can position your phone to fit where you need it to. My big phone with the case on and a popsocket, fit perfectly on this phone stand and stayed in it's place the whole time! The best part of this phone stand is the speaker! It puts out great sound quality, the sound is loud and even at the max volume there was no distortion to the sound. It handled heavy bass pretty good, but did better with music without a lot of bass. This phone stand speaker has bluetooth, phone call functions and capabilities at a touch of a few buttons on top of the speaker. The bluetooth was really easy to pair with my phone, and let's you know it's ready to pair by a blue blinking light indicator, and a musical sound effect when successfully paired, and also when disconnected. Overall, I really like this product! I was impressed by the sound quality and it actually fits my big phone, keeping it in it's place, even when changing to different angles! I would definitely recommend this product!

It doesn't fit to all phones and the hold thing is to lightweight. It doesn't support the weight of the phones. We have 4 different kind of phone and none of them can hold.

Wont hold a phone with or without phone case. Phone Falls of easily. Phone holder not big enough to hold phone on. Speaker is great though.

The shelf has to be at just the right angle to hold a phone in place without folding down to the base. I used a Halaxy s21 ultra and I have a difficult time balancing my phone on it. As gar as the Bluetooth and sound quality; both good.
