I never considered getting earbuds with the fear of them accidentally falling inside the toilet but once I tried a friend's airpods pro I was immediately sold on the noise cancellation tech and bought these the same day. It's one of the best impulse purchases, really. I use them in public places when attending work meetings, do house chores while talking to friends etc. Pros : Best in class audio, best noise cancellation, looks really cool, decent battery life, good range(phone can be anywhere in a studio apartment and these will still work), good microphone as well. Isolates voice from background noise very well Cons: Connection issues sometimes - will work after 3-4 tries, average fit (don't fit very well in small ears), the case is smooth plastic - nice to hold but prone to scratches, falling out of pocket. Tips: get a decent silicone cover as well

Dear Bose QC-2, I waited almost a year to get it in the market. I read hell of the reviews for over 3 months, and ascertained over ANC being 100% better standing no earbuds in comparison, chose to go for Bose QC-2 buds. Reduced from 5 to 4 stars is just a flaw, I say it is, as I experienced, right bud dominant. Alike every reviewer, I would not be listing pros vs cons, perhaps, right dominancy periods the buds. You take out the right bud, it will auto connect the mobile & works fine, however, if you take out the left one, what it does is a signature thunder-like sound but would not get connectted to my phone. Secondly, the ANC functions optimal, even, i would say extraordinary when both buds are on. The moment you take down any, the ANC goes drastic low, recognizably low. It does proclaim this that it does so so as to get you aware of the world around or to let you 'hear through ', but sense is very common on this to have ANC active even with either bud put on so shall the person at the other side shall listen only to me & not the commotion all around. And, what it does is the same thing I would hate it doing for worst, is amplifying the surround sound. Here, I am writing over solo bud use, I mean, not having them both on ear. The software too does zero in this. Earlier, the 'bose connect' did all well, while now, the 'bose music' does it all. What I prefer or rather recommend is that you shall at least fix this ANC issue with updated firmware release. Maybe, I am, brain-dead Bose follower, you name any Bose products & I have them all. Wanted to give less rating but Bose has a kind of impression on my brain and mind, even after having had released tons of foul products, I think, very seldom would I be lowering my ratings from 4 below. Update on 7Mar2023: Bose fixed the 'right dominant' issue with the firmware update. The ANC too is quite impressive though not much, perhaps still is (hellbent for Bose, trying to be unbiased). Raising it from 4 to, well deserved, 5 stars. Keep up excellent work, would have been better if could have before having had hit open market I suggest.

Extremely disappointed with Bose ear buds. The earbuds worked perfectly for first one year and then started having connectivity issues and charging issues. Currently only right side ESR bud is working. I approached Bose Service Center at Bangalore (Koramangala), however they have no solution and asking me to buy new ear bud. This is a complete waste of money for such a high priced product

New review on 07-July-2023, on 2nd month of usage, coincidentally on the same date of delivery. These earbuds have become like my second set of ears. The initial slight discomfort while using for long hours has disappeared. Have made me at peace with the noisy surrounding. Listening podcasts in Spotify with high-definition audio while earbuds ANC suppressing maximum outside noise makes feels like the podcaster sitting next to me narrating. That's an altogether fabulous new experience. Needless to say about listening to music. Just mesmerizing. (Phone and computer have 24bit/192 KHz studio quality audio) Really audio input quality matters. Had tweaked the equalizer in playback devices and Bose app to get desired sound. Most TV channels in India has compressed audio. So, the listening experience is average, obviously. It took a while to get used to the earbuds. Once done, that's a different story. Thank you Bose. Previous review -------------------------- Bought this just for Active noise cancellation as our neighbours are super noisy crackers who are from some other planet X. See I have to shell out Rs. 26,000 for their atrocities. and Bose quiet comfort earbuds proved to be the handy solution. It worked its magic by blocking 80 - 90% of all sound blastings, including those from big speakers and horns. I choose this by rejecting apple's and I am happy with the choice. Paid big money for the product, but the quietness received in turn in priceless. ANC: Superb after the immediate firmware auto update but still have to improve - 4 stars Sound: Big & clear. Amazing - 4 stars (Quality depends on the audio quality in the Bluetooth transmission. Certain mobiles don't have high resolution Bluetooth audio) Comfort: Fine for wearing for more than 2 hours at a stretch. Need tight air seal for max ANC. So, its not so super comfortable, naturally. - 3 stars Connectivity: Ear buds connect quick every time to mobile phone, but not the companion Bose app. And that's not a problem (for me) - 3 stars Mic: Have to speak somewhat louder - 3 stars Touch controls: Need to get used to, but seems okay - 3 stars Active usable time: As they said, around 4 hours (ANC - all time) - 4 stars Battery charge speed: Good Easy to use: Yes. (Use the correct size stability support rubber clip provided or the expensive bud goes to the ground. Speaker magnet gets weaker. Bose kept No.1 stability clip on the bud and that size is small for adults. First thing, that clip has to be changed for the tight fit of ear) What I enjoy the most: ANC & listening to occasional music even while there is ear deafening noise outside. Final word: If ANC is your primary concern, BOSE is like a BOSS.

It's simple and easy to use, which will always give best sound quality and Best Active noise cancellation. Moreover as Samsung bud pro this also gives no pain in ear even if we use it for 3-4 hrs. I am satisfied with this product. Price is high but the quality also is high. It will be better if the company can reduce the price between 15k-17.5k....

Very very bad

5 month review. Noise cancellation is great, even better than my Sony WH1000-XM5 headphones. I've got some noisy neighbors and these Bose earbuds block the sound really nicely so I can focus on my work. The fit is quite comfortable, I often wear them for many hours at a time. But, of course, the fit comfort will vary from person to person, YMMV. Sound quality is great, which is what you expect from a high end Bose product. The bass is solid and powerful and nicely balanced. The bluetooth connects fast and solid, no problems there. I'd like the battery life to be a bit longer, but when the battery gets low, they recharge pretty quickly in their case while I wear my Sonys. Overall I'm very happy with these Bose earbuds and highly recommend them. I'm wearing them as I write this.
