Love it
Bought this to use in my Campervan, it’s made life so much easier, we tested it out and filled with boiling water and water was still warm to the touch 3 days later

Great size and sturdy
Great size and easy to fill and operate. I filled it after receipt and the water is still very hot. The lock facility is good for stopping accidents when the flask is not in use. The carrying handle is sturdy and easy to access.

Retains heat
Brilliant flask, retains heat , however content doesn’t flow freely when it’s almost finished even though there’s is still a lot of liquid in the flask, and sometimes required lot of effort to press

Great flask
Great , we boil the kettle once in the morning and fill cups from it all morning. we used to boil the kettle at least 4 times a morning.

Good size holds up to 20 regular sized cups ie 200 ml
Compact design I brought it for a convention where your item have to be kept under the seat so the fact it’s short enabled me to do this. It keeps hot surprisingly well I filled it up with boiling water to test before going to bed at 20:30 at 05:00 the next morning the water was still to hot to put my hand under so great performance. We just use it for hot water and then you can make whatever hot drinks you wand we made coffee with high quality coffee bags my daughter used sachets of hot chocolate.

Very poor. Slow and requires a LOT of pumping
Very disappointed. We bought two of these (5 litres each) to dispense near boiling water for garden events at our restaurant. The issues are that it requires a great deal of pumping to get even one cup full of water out. The pump button tends to jam as well, and if you are short and it's on a table, then the pumping will be effortful. It's just hopeless and we realised straight away that it is not fit for purpose, hence immediate return of both. It's a german sounding name, but is actually made in China. The video shows good flow - don't bel;eive marketing videos!

fantastic value for money BUT B CAREFUL
due to covid can no longer use the kettle at work so bought this to fill with boiling waterhas been too hot to drink after 8 hours I preheat for an hour with boiling waterwhen I first received I swilled with boiling water & it started pouring boiling water over my hand3 times ive had it decide to emptywhen I asked if it was a design issue or a fault I was told "not to shake it"1. I didn't (but did say if its shaken will this happen)2. I pointed out if its in a car or a rucksack being transported its going to get shaken about "do I have to carry it like an unexploded bomb ?"I have yet to recieve an answer (have shaken a few times without it leaking)ive also put the inner lid in with my finger over the hole it did the same but realised by blocking the hole I pushed air in so DONT cover the holeworks brill for my needs but im unsure if I can use on a picnic days out which I intended on doinggreat value for money just a bit weary of it as I cant figure out why it does it (am I over filling too much steam ?)

Faulty after 2 months.
It was good for a couple of months, then we noticed it was sort of spitting the water out didn't stay as hot for long. After inspecting it found a little crack on underside of internal pump (photo) which is why it's spitting water out it's sucking air with it. Have tried to contact supplier but no answer back as of yet. Should really still be covered by garentee these are the pitfalls of buying online.
