Excellent purchase and experience! It took me quite awhile to decide which desk I was going to purchase and I finally decided this was the one. It arrived quickly and I waited until the weekend to put this together. If you can read and comprehend at the same time, you can put this together all by yourself. I got to the very end and realized that 2 of the bottom drawer panels were slightly longer so I couldn't attach the drawer face. I emailed Jack and within 5 days, I received 3 new bottom drawer panels. Initially disappointed that I had to wait for the replacement parts but the excellent customer service and speedy delivery more than made up for the small glitch. Bottom line, the price I paid for the product that I received and put together was a great investment!

Update 4/4/2025 . Switched it to 5 stars. Received the missing 2 pieces. They shipped the 2 parts from China. Took a week to get. Very happy with the results. 5 stars.It looks solid. Unfortunately got stuck on step one for assembly.Have two part #11 marked as part #12. Can can not put together the 2 drawers. Wrong and missing parts. Wrong stickers on the side pieces.Update. Customer service says parts will come in about a week from China. They did provide a tracking number for the missing parts. Will update when receive them. If correct will give 5 stars for customer service and for the desk. We do like the desk. We just need to finish building the last 2 drawers.

Easy, but time consuming assembly. It took me about 4 hours, but i am far from handy. The instructions were fairly clear. The height is perfect and a little taller than expected. It seems to be of fairly good quality. Overall, i am happy with it.

I almost gave this product a 1 star due to the trouble I had tightening the screws with the provided ally key by the manufacturer.Key note: You will need to purchase a power drill and apply the right amount of pressure in order to tighten the screws, otherwise they will be loose and the desk can fall apart.(A big shout out to my boyfriend about the key tip about the power drill and pressure.)*Also, please understand that this desk requires 2 people to carry it and it’s pretty heavy . *If you live in an apartment, Do not count on the delivery ( UPS, FEDEx, etc..) to bring it to the second floor. You will have to go to the first floor and get it yourself.It took me 3 days to put together due to my work schedule and that I had to assemble it by myself.Pros: - you can change the assembly of the desk 6 different ways to fit the space you have-drawers are a decent size ( not deep enough to hold hanging file folders, though )- height of desk is good ( I’m 5’1 , so when I sit down I’m not hitting my knees underneath)- pretty sturdy and good solid wood ( desk it’s holding up so far…)Cons: - you may get a piece or 2 that’s scratched up due to delivery- screws may not tighten ( like I explained above)Overall, I love my new study desk and don’t regret the purchase.

This was so easy to build! Every piece was numbered and the instructions were great and easy to follow. I built this on my own in 1.5 hours! great quality. i am using mine as a computer desk/vanity and I love it! The packaging was amazing! & FAST SHIPPING!

Took me months to decided to get this table. Everything arrived undamaged. I absolutely love it. However, I did not have a good experience assembling it. The instructions for the brackets slider only show how to install it on board 7 & 8 and in other pages on the drawers. But not how to removed the slider apart or if it even comes apart? so it can be assembling on the drawers separately. I was able to find a solution by screwing the slider 1st on 7 & 8 and then assemble the drawer onto the bracket afterward. Takes a bit to aligned the drawers, but it work and fit perfectly. Overall, it's nice a table.

The package arived on time and is heavy. But it is very well packed. Whoever foresaw the shipping and packaging did an awesome job! They really put their heart to it. The box is one big package and inside are foams and styro-foams. protecting each panels and parts, each pieces were in plastic covers and were labeled according to either A,B, etc or 1,2, etc. The manual was in the center of the box and the nails and allen wrenches are correctly labelled. Extras are in place and they have the Amazon QR Code for help too! I felt really at ease knowing that they are offering the Amazon QR Code. It means they are Amazon Certified! In terms of setting it up, it was easy for me. It only took me 3 days, ONLY BECAUSE I have work on weekdays, so I have only an hour to work on it per day before before bed time, so my pace was very slow, adding the wrong sides I kept puting back in(user error on my end :D). I would say total of 4 hours to set it up, given the adjustments and wrong positionings. The Manual was with 3 or 4 versions of the desk and you choose how you want it set up. Mine started wobbly because I had no help since I would not wait for anyone due to my excitement! But as other sections were coming through, it started being sturdy. The support on every panel shouldered the weight of each other so it balanced itself and became very sturdy. No scratches on every parts when I inspected it one by one, which I am very grateful and thankful for. The wood is heavy enough, but not very very heavy, so I managed to set it by myself (4'11 and 120lbs). The panels are very smooth and the paint was glossed. The size was perfect and space saving. It did not eat up the whole space, but was perfect for the wall by our window. The desk was also very easy to clean. I smothered a few residue from a flower set up I got and I tried to wet it and wipe with tissues and napkins but it will not come off that I thought it will stain, at just 3 days old! But I decided to use Clorox Wipes, and the desk did not leave any signs of the yellow flower pigment. I think the paint they used is great. The drawers were smaller than I expected though. I would not be able to put a filing folder in, but, it is perfect for my notebooks and spacious enough to hold a lot of paper, pens and clear crystal organizers. The shelves is where I will put my filing system by buying shelf organizers and binders. The only thing I would recommend everyone do is, to wipe the panells off one by one by wet wipes or at least a wet rag because it is very dusty from being kept in the box for a while, and the wood residues from the wood work. Over all, this product is worth the price. Quality is great. Delivery is timely. Packaging is durable-and sustainable, which is very important for me. And, the sellers made sure the oder was smooth. 100% for this buy!
