Good
It’s a good place to store your cutlery but it doesn’t seal or close all the way. The cover comes off if you drop ir or move it slightly. Otherwise it’s a good buy.

Good and useful
It's useful but the lid doesn't have a good close on it, it's more lik it sits there.

A good choice for my beverage bar.
I’m using a sideboard for my beverage bar, and it isn’t as spacious as I would like. This item doesn’t take too much space, and I don’t think I could have found anything better. That being said, there are a few issues that could be a problem for some people. The potential negatives are related to the overall appearance, the cover, and knives. First, the appearance: It isn’t fancy. It’s made of plastic. If someone wants fancy, they probably wouldn’t be considering this item anyway. Secondly, the cover: The cover just sits on top, without any type of seal, so it could get bumped askew. On the other hand, if it were to seal tightly then it could be hard to open, especially if one is already holding other items, such as a beverage. So, a cover that just rests atop the unit might make things easier in some settings. Finally , dinner knives: I can only speak to my knives, so the results could be different with other knives. My knives are too long for this unit, if the cover is to be used. Also, my knives are heavy enough that they could possibly cause the unit to become unbalanced, thereby increasing the likelihood of the unit tipping over. Since I am using this at a beverage bar, knives would only seldom be needed. In fact, many people will probably have no desire to keep knives in the unit, and if that is the case then the only characteristic that might be viewed as a negative is that the cover simply rests atop the unit, rather than fastening securely. In my case, I think a cover that sealed tightly might be a problem, based on the example I gave above, so for me, the potential negatives aren’t an issue. There are four compartments, in which I have placed iced tea spoons, regular teaspoons, forks, and straws. All of these items fit well and will serve the needs of a beverage bar.

Keeps your utensils clean!
This was a great size. It holds a lot of plastic utensils. Fits great on my kitchen counter top.

Cover is useless
The cover does not snap on or attach in anyway. It’s just laying there and falls off with the slightest movement.
