This product is one of the best in it's category. It has good calling quality. It is trendy looking, accurate gps and good charging. There are some simple but very effective functionality and easy to operate. I highly recommend this one.

I am writing this review after using the watch for 1 month. The watch is good with all the features working well. We initially had some issues in setting up the watch and later with location tracking but the imoo customer support has been really helpful in resolving those. Apparently it was a SIM network issue and not hardware issue. I would recommend using a SIM other than JIO. Airtel works best.I definitely recommend the product for kids. Location tracking accuracy is upto 20-30 mtrs with GPS. I am able to keep track of my kid whenever she is out on her own. Other most used feature in the past month is calling, video calling and class mode. All these work as intended. The parental controls make sure that the kid is not distracted during class hours by unwanted calls. Super happy with the purchase.

Worst watch. Cannot connect to any WiFi in Indian households. Also the call and video call using cellular data is also worse. Way too pricy(Rs.7,990/-), better to buy a smart phone at the same price for kids.

Imoo brand is a little expensive when compared to the other brands but it justifies its price as the build quality and display is nice so is the battery life, the gps tracker is very accurate but the best part of this watch is the app which is very good. Earlier, I had bought Noise scout for my kid but the app was absolutely pathetic making it useless for tracking the kid. Recommended.

My kid has been using this for more than a year and a half. It’s an amazing watch. The location is accurate and the video and audio quality really amazing. Highly recommended

The Imoo watch has given me peace of mind and keeps my child engaged and connected in a safe way. I highly recommend this product to parents looking for a reliable kid's smartwatch.What truly stands out, is Imoo's customer care service. When I had a small issue with Sim tray, they were quick to respond and also resolve by sending a new sim tray which fixed the problem.

Video calling feature is not working which is the main feature of this watch.Gps is ok and call quality is ok.

I'm writing this review after using this tracker watch roughly for around 4.5 months now (for my son) and with a non-Indian SIM card (living in Europe). While we haven't used all of the features so far, this watch absolutely works good in below context -- regular calls & video calls work fine. voice quality is good.- GPS feature works well, most of the times it shows my kid's location upto 22 mts proximity.- Classroom mode works OK- battery backup is around 2-2.5 days after full charge which seems decent.- able to configure specific phone numbers which are allowed to be dialled by my child.In my view, one of the most important factor for any good product is 'after-sales service'. We did experience some intermittent problems while using this watch. Recently, while on a very short visit to India, I reported this problem to their customer phone service along with the urgency to fix this problem asap as I needed to travel back after 4 days. To my surprise, within NO time, they arranged a porter service and the watch was picked up from my address (free of charge) within 2 hours of reporting the problem. The watch was kept in their testing cycle for continuously 2 days, however they couldn't find any problems and the watch behaved good during this time.Still, considering the fact that I stay in a different country and having NO opportunity to report the problem again after I go back, they were kind enough to replace the device with a new one, and it was shipped back to us within 3 days. The new watch is working flawless without any problems.Considering their 'customer first attitude' and 'excellent service', I would like to rate them 5/5 stars.
