Why can we only do 1/2 inch at a time? It feels like such a waste of time.

You can do more than 1/2” at a time. It’s when you are adding things to be embedded inside the resin that you have to do layers. If you want it to look like things are floating, it has to be layered because they will sink to the bottom.

How do I demold this from my plastic resin mold? It's will not release.

For resin you really cannot use plastic molds, the resin actually bonds to plastic. Some have tried by spraying a mold release on the mold first creating a n Barrier and have been successful. But the mold was warped afterwards.

Do these containers fit the typical screw-on pump dispensers?

Hello, we are not sure of the exact impact, we recommend that you use a dedicated threaded pump dispenser.

I have used this 3 times on three different projects but every time it seperates? I follow the directions to the letter?

I did as well idk why it wouldn’t set or why yours separated frustration is real.
