Great Compression Without Circulation Cut Off
Fantastic. Tried others that were too tight or too loose. These fit well but are not too tight or loose. I wear them to bed and notice no discomfort. Yet to need them during the dsy, but confident the would do the job for my feet and ankle.

They really work when I am sleeping.
They really work when I am sleeping with circulation and the neuropathy is decreased to the point where I sleep well without pain.I like the opening in the front because I hate wearing socks to bed...I get hot ... this doesn't make the feet feel hot!

Helps foot pain
They do support well and seem to help with foot pain. Make sure your toenails are well trimmed or they can catch and snag the material.

They Work
Bought these for my wife who has a lot of foot problems. Painful arches, cramps, numbness, and more. A trip to the store or Walmart would leave her in foot pain for the rest of the day. She loves these socks. They reduce significantly or eliminate every problem she's had with her feet.

XL smaller than advertised
Far smaller than I thought. I actually could not get them on. I wear a men’s 12 wide and ordered the XL socks.

They stopped my foot pain!
I started having foot pain in my left foot & my doctor thought it was from my arch. (I exercised in the house barefoot) He told me to wear shoes. The pain started getting worse & I purchased another brand that didn’t emphasize “buy your ankle size” & they were too small. I searched again & saw these. Bought the right size & they are ending the pain. They are comfortable & stopped the pain. I would highly recommend these.

These work for me
I bought several pair and they worked very well for me. After a month of wearing them while in bed my neuropathy pain was almost gone. Just a very slight tingling remains but I don’t notice it unless I concentrate on my feet. I ordered size Medium and they fit my size 9 narrow feet perfectly— snug but not too tight. After several months of use there is no sign of wear. The toe area is open so your feet don’t get too hot or sweat.

Much less tingling, especially overnight.
I purchased both the large and XL sizes to compare. Compression seems identical, but I find that I prefer the XL because it is longer at the toe opening The LG tended to "creep down" toward the ball of the foot over the course of the day and shrunk a little after going through the dryer. Maybe I should have hand dried? FYI, I wear a ladies size 9 shoe.
