CELLBELL C104 Medium-Back Mesh Office Chair[Premium White]

I have looked at multiple options and finally arrived at this one, considering the cost and overall reviews.I was able to easily assemble it and use. The best chair you get in this price range. Cannot ask for me, considering the other chairs and price ranges of theirs, this chair is an good pickErgonomically this is good and simple, price wise best, simple to assemble and quality is very good,

The media could not be loaded.  I was confused betn Seoul X and Cellbell at first but in Seoul X as seating space was less than I have chosen this.Packaging was good in cellbell box.All parts were there in good condition.Assembly is easy.Best in this price range. Pretty much ergonomic. Till now mesh back is also good. Seat cusion is also pretty good. Good Metal base, hydraulic is also working smoothly till now. I am reviewing after 1 day but will update it soon as I use it more for WFH .

The product came with proper packing and assembly instructions.Assembly of the product took around 15 minutes and then the chair is ready to use.The lumbar support of the chair is very good and one doesn't sweat sitting for long duration.I am using for discharging my work in "work from Home" mode.Overall an excellent product.

One of the wheels of the chair was missing. When j called Amazon, they asked me to contact manufacturer, then I spoke to manufacturer who asked me to register in site, talk to chat support , chat support asked me to share a picture of the base with missing wheel which I did , they kept me waiting for more than hour sating that they are discussing with bacebd team.I replied over email also , till now I didn't get any response on the missing part.Regarding the peroduct, cushion is not that great and the overall experience was not that comfortable particularly with the seat

It is good but got some issue within first month only.. now I cannot ask for replacement as well coz the timeline is over.For such products, there should be more time limit offered so furniture could be properly tested by buyer.Review Again: (after help from cellbell)I never expected they will call me based on my review. Thank you for support.They gave me some tips and I was able to fix the product issue instantly. Superb!So, gave them 5 star now. Why? Coz of price, quality, and top most is service standards.Go for it. Purchase it.

I rarely write reviews or feedback but this chair I am taking sometime out and doing so. I had to replace a chair which I was using for over 8 years and it was very comfortable chair, I tried a lot to repair but at the end decided to buy a new chair. I went through a lot of chairs before deciding on this one.It comes semi assembled, you have yo fix the back rest, seat, arms and bottom part with wheels. Assembly is very easy, all required tools comes with it. They say screws are in bag but they are on the chair, so don't panic that it's missing.Took 1-2 hours to assemble, it's very comfortable. Wheels are smooth and the hydraulic is smooth too. The only down side is wheels are just too smooth. When u are sitting and doing some work the chair might move this causes disturbance in work.Back rest is comfortable toom arm rest I would say is a tad small, should be little more high. All in all its a good chair for the money you pay.

Material quality and comfort is ok ok, it feels it isn't very strong. The back support locks at very awkward position.
