Super Useful and Sturdy
Love this ball for Pilates and abdominal massage. Able to inflate easily and in seconds (you don’t need a pump) and easy to deflate for travel or for different workout uses I love mine for self abdominal massage when I can’t make it to acupuncture. I have used it daily since purchase. Recommend over cheaper versions.

Wonderful addition to my home gym.
It's a great piece of equipment to have at home. The ball arrives semi-flat and needs to be pumped. The ball that I ordered is the one that comes with the hand pump. It is made of durable, strong, and very pliable material. You can make the ball softer or stronger based on your needs. Both the ball and pump travel well. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.
