Works well for my son’s snacks for school. No complaints about food not remaining cold. I did have to reinforce the velcro. After a few uses it came loose and it was quite difficult to sew as the fabric is thick but now works great!

My son loves his lunch packed for school but he likes ham and cheese sandwiches or cheese sticks and I could never keep them cold all the way to lunch. This lunchbox is a life saver as it keeps his lunch cold all the way to lunch time and if he doesn't eat something, it is even cool when he gets home. I'm so happy with this purchase. It fits in his backpack just fine and collapses down into the freezer to take up very minimal room.

Utterly disappointing! I purchased this lunch bag to replace a packit zip up lunch box that was getting kind of worn out. We loved that lunch box as it kept food cold until the afternoon and washed well so I figured this cute lunch bag would be the same. Not so.This bag has Velcro that is supposed to keep the already heavy bag (from the built in frozen pouches) closed. It does not. When holding the frozen bag that has food in it, all of the velcro comes undone and the bag opens. What’s a disaster for a 3 year old trying to carry her own lunch bag.I will be going back to the old zip up bag for now.

Great concept and really cool (I got the space man) with one fatal flaw. The handle strap is attached to the flap that folds over and the Velcro is not strong enough to hold the flap closed, causing the bag to open and tip. The handle strap should have been attached differently (to the body of the bag) to that the strain of holding a full lunch bag would not cause it to open unexpectedly and spill out. Do not recommend this version of their product, select one but be mindful of where the handle strap is located (physics!).

temperature stays cold throughout the day and is very convenient in the way it folds down to fit better in the freezer.

This keeps my item cold! It feels like I’m bringing a portable fridge to work. I will leave it on my desk and when it’s time for my break after a 4-5 hours, the content in the lunchbox is still COLD!!!This could also be kept properly in the freezer as there is a strap to strap it small so it doesn’t takes up space! Love this to the max!

Bought for my son’s school lunches. I love how it folds up to go into the freezer. I did find that over time the velcro doesn’t stick well together. I prefer the ones with a zipper
