Even if you don't read the parts about plastic, magazine fed "guns" this is well worth the money. All FMG magazine articles by Taffin, Ayoob, Bodinson, Venturino Huntington et al, so of course dated, but still good reading. Well bound enough to be worthy of bookshelf space.

Good information.S&W keeps introducing new Semi automatic pistols. So it's hard for the authors to keep up to date. S&W are not introducing new revolvers or making big changes. This is a good reference book for different models if you are a S&W enthusiast. This is not a how to or instruction book
