Reborn a Hero: Asher Merrick: Reborn a Hero, Book 1

Lots of things to like, from deeper than average characters and development, interesting world building and a well paced plot.A really good balance between action and adventure, relationships and the daily grind / slice of life.Some wonky bits, eg getting robbed so often shouldn't be a thing and that final battle power up will either massively raise the stakes (to the series detriment imo) or make the reader question when the MC will use god mode to solve every conflict.
