I've used this pills for about, 2 years. During and pregnancy and postpartum and I can't say enough of this, I recommend it to all my pregnant friends and family. they are great. they have al the vitamins needed. Great source of folic acid. not bad or after taste, easy to swallow smell not bad at all. and did not cause me constipation. even my doctor said they where Great.

Okay so, a lot of prenatal vitamins do not contain iron AND dha. As a matter of fact, it’s hard to find a decent prenatal with everything you need. A lot do not contain iron and I searched awhile and read lots of reviews.I would have loved a gummy throughout pregnancy but gummy prenatals do not contain iron.I’m in month 9 and only have 3 weeks until my due date, so I can say that these were just fine for me! They don’t have any weird aftertaste, they slide down the hatch easily… no one loves swallowing pills but I didn’t have any issues with these. Yes I had morning sickness at first and I was still able to get these down. They’re not small… but they’re good if you want one prenatal vitamin that has everything you’re looking for in a prenatal.

This pill has a mixture of vitamins that is good for your overall health so it's not focusing on only one thing but every thing . Even though it's helping with balancing hormones it's providing other nutrients to your body .

I take these twice a week along withwith multi vitamins everyday
