Shipping needs to include something to prevent melting!
Arrived melted!This is very expensive. When melted the coconut oil separates. Changes the taste and texture.

Seller does not ship in proper containers to protect product from heat
I love this product. It’s the best chocolate bar out there in my opinion.My review is of the seller. This product was not shipped when it was said it would. Arrived 2 weeks later than it was supposed to. When it arrived it was not properly packaged to protect the chocolate bars from the heat. They all melted and are garbage and I can’t return them. These bars are very expensive. To not ship them properly and not allow a return because they are damaged is not ok! I will not be buy it from this seller again.
